Fine and lovely Swiss 18K gold antique ladies pendant watch set with pearls and diamonds by Favre, circa 1850. The backof the watch pave with diamonds and pearls and with a pearl bezel. Enamel dial with gold numerals. Good Gilt 18 jewel lever movement.
